Collaborating with a team of individuals in your organization, Cici produces music and/or a song to reflect your mission, purpose, human talent, celebration, and/or future direction.  The process begins with brainstorming. 

Typically Cici spends time with executives to gain a strong understanding of the project purpose and elicit high-level creative thoughts to launch the project.  She meets with a mix of individuals from the organization to hear stories, perceive strengths, and understand challenges.  This helps her gain insight and understanding about the unique state of the organization. 

Then she creates your song. 

Once the initial work is done, Cici presents the “draft” to the sponsoring executive for review.  With feedback and comments from the client, Cici goes to work to deliver a professionally recorded copy of the music, delivered as a CD or in your format of choice.  Cici prides herself in a swift turn-around.
